Hi friends,
When summer comes mangoes too come with them.Most of us have ripe mangoes and use the raw mangoes for Pickles, pachadis etc. Sometimes we get raw mangoes in large numbers. At my mom's home we have a mango which is only good for Pickles. It's called vellari maavu in my place .
So I thought of trying a juice with these raw mangoes .Do try it and when you get your time write to me at zarahkitchen@gmail.com
MAKES - 4
INGREDIENTS
Raw mango - 500 g
Ginger - small piece
Sugar -1 tbsp
Honey -5 tbsp
Ice cubes
Green chilli -1 ( optional)
salt - a pinch
water - 3 cups
PREPARATION:

PREPARATION:
- Peel the skin of raw mango and grind it to a smooth paste with the help of water.strain the juice
- Grind the ginger to a paste and extract juice
- Strain it with a strainer
- Combine the mango paste , ginger juice , sugar , honey , salt and blend for 2 min
- pour the juice to a glass. Add ice cubes and slit a green chilli and put it on the top.serve chill
TIPS
use a mango that have a sour , sweet taste
