Papaya wine

Chapathi



Ingredients
Wheat flour - 3 cups
Warm Milk –  2 tbsp (optional)
Warm Water - ½ cup to  2/3 cup
Butter / ghee -1 tsp
Oil -1 tsp 
Salt to taste
Method
  1. Boil milk and water separately
  2. In a bowl, add wheat flour, salt. Combine it well
  3. Add lukewarm milk little by little . Mix it well . Now add luke warm water little by little . Knead it well until it is combined . Add a spoon of oil . Combine it well .The dough shouldnot be sticky.
  4. Cover the dough with a wet cloth , close the lid and set aside for an hour
  5. After an hour , divide the dough and make round shaped balls.
  6. Now take the wooden board and sprinkle some flour on the board . Roll out the dough evenly into a round shape
  7. Heat the tava .Place the rolled dough and when it is ready on one side , flip it over and cook . You can also press it with a cloth to get a puffed chapathi
Note:
  • Keep the chapathi dough for resting improves the texture and you will get soft chapathi
  • The quantity of water used alters with the flour used
  • Too much of water in the dough will make the chapathi dry and hard
  • Milk is optional .
  • Dont use the same tava for dosa
