- Egg (boiled) -2
- Besan powder – 1/2 cup
- Corn flour – 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1tsp
- Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
- Asafoetida – a pinch
- Salt – 1/2 tbsp
- Oil for frying
Method
- Mix besan flour , corn flour, chilli powder, salt, Asafoetida.
- Add ginger garlic paste to the mix
- Add adequate water and mix to a smooth thick batter.Keep it for 5 min
- Cut the boiled eggs and drop in the batter .
- Put in the hot oil. Invert the egg and cook on all sides.
NOTES
- The oil may splutter after the egg is dropped . So be carefull
- Dont overboil the eggs
- Dont keep the prepared batter for a long time
