Papaya wine

BANANA FRITTERS / PAZHAM PORI





INGREDIENTS
  Ripe nenthran banana           -  4
  Maida / All purpose flour     -  2 cup
  Rice powder                          -  2 tbsp
  Sugar                                     - 2 tbsp
  Salt                                        - a pinch
 Turmeric powder                   - a pinch
 Oil                                           to fry


Preparation

  1. Peel the bananas . cut into 2 or 3 pieces. again cut it into half. From a banana you can get 4 to 6 pieces
  2. Dry mix maida , rice powder , sugar , salt and turmeric powder 
  3. add water little by little and mix it well to a smooth paste without any lumps
  4. Heat the oil in a pan and to check if the oil is done drop some of the batter in the oil . it should come soon at the top
  5. Now dip the banana pieces in the batter and put it in the oil. Fry all the sides . Once it is done take it our and put it in a kitchen towel or tissue to drain the excess oil. Serve hot
