Caramel custard

CARAMEL CUSTARD

Ingredients

Custard
Milk  - 250 ml
Sugar - 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp
Egg -2 ( at room temperature)
Vanilla essence -1 tsp

Caramel
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Water - 2 tbsp

1.     Heat sugar in a pan with 2 tbsp water till sugar caramelizes.
2.     Immediately transfer to a bowl used for making custard.
3.     In a bowl mix 2 eggs without much frothing.
4.     Mix powdered sugar and add 250 ml milk to it.
5.     Sieve it and pour it to the bowl.
6.     Double boil up-to 25- 30 min
