Cooked rice - 1/2 tbsp
PREPARATION
- Soak idli rice for 3 hours , urad for 2 hours and fenugreek for 2 hours separately
- After the soaking time is over grind it with some of the water used for soaking
- Add also the cooked rice and grind it to a 95 % paste
- Keep the batter for 12 hrs resting and add required salt before starting to prepare idli
