Papaya wine

Idli batter /Soft idli batter

Makes:
INGREDIENTS

    Idli rice - 1 cup
    Urad   -1/2 cup
    Fenugreek -12 nos
    Cooked rice - 1/2 tbsp

PREPARATION

  1. Soak idli rice for 3 hours , urad for 2 hours and fenugreek for 2 hours separately
  2. After the soaking time is over grind it with some of the water used for soaking
  3. Add also the cooked rice and  grind it to a 95 % paste
  4. Keep the batter for 12 hrs resting and add required salt before starting to prepare idli
