Papaya wine

IDLI PODI

INGREDIENTS
Veg oil  - 1 tsp
Chana dal - 1/4 cup
Urad dal - 1/2 cup
Toor dal - 1/3 cup
Sesame seeds - 1/2 cup
Hing / asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Salt -  to taste
Dried red chilli - 12
Kashmiri chilli - 8
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves  - 2 strip

 PREPARATION

  1. Take a pan and keep it in a medium flame
  2. Add 1 tsp vegetable oiland separately roast all the dals
  3. Dry roast the red chilli and kashmiri chilli separately
  4. Separately roast sesame seeds , turmeric powder , hinmg and curry leaves 
  5. In a mixie jar add all the dry roasted ingredients and grind it to a coarse paste 
  6. Serve the podi with gingelly oil or coconut oil
