Papaya wine

JACKFRUIT UNNIYAPPAM


INGREDIENTS
Jackfruit - 1/2 cup
Raw rice - 1 cup
wheat flour - 1 tbsp
Jaggery - 1.5 to 2 cups
Cardamon - 2
Salt - a pinch
Oil

How to make 
 1.Soak the raw rice for 2 hours.
 2.Take the jackfruit and chop them for easy grinding. 


 3.Take the jackfruit , raw  rice ,cardamon,  half of the  jaggery syrup and blend well to a smooth
    paste.
 4. Now add the salt , wheat  flour and remaining jaggery syrup , mix it well until it is  a smooth
      batter
 5.Take the unniyappam pan , keep it in a medium flame and add oil in each hole upto half . Heat the
    oil
 6. Now pour the batter , in each hole. Allow it to cook for 2 min
  7. After 2 min , flip the unniyappam using a fork or a spoon. Allow it to cook
  8. After 3 min take out of the unniyappam pan and allow to drain the excess oil. It will remain soft
      as we have added jackfruit
