INGREDIENTS
Jelly - 2 to 4 colours
Gelatin - 25 gms
Condensed milk - 350 gm
Water - 3 to 5 cups
Method
- Make jelly as per the instructions given in the packet. I have used 2 colours of jelly . For each jelly we require i cup of hot water. Stir it well and pour in a tray .Refrigerate it.
- Take 25 gms of gelatin in a bowl and soak it in 1/2 cup of water. Soak it for 15 min. Now take the gelatin in a sauce pan and heat it till it is completely melted
- Now in another pan , take the condensed milk and add 1/2 cup of water to it . Heat it for about 2 min . After 2 min , pour the melted gelatin to the condensed milk. Allow it to cool for about 2 min
- Take a mould to set the pudding .You can have a tray also.
- To the mould / tray add cut pieces of jelly
- Now pour the gelatin - condensed milk mix over it. Allow it to refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Now the pudding is set .To remove the pudding from the mould, Take hot water in a plate . Dip the mould in the hot water , Invert it to a plate, serve chill
- You can also used chinagrass instead of gelatin
