INGREDIENTS
Egg - 5
Coconut milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Milkmaid - 100 ml
Rose essence - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Ghee - to grease
METHOD
- Take the coconut milk , powdered sugar , milkmaid and mix well
- In another bowl take the eggs and mix well
- Now transfer all these to an mixie jar and add turmeric powder and rose essence. Blend it well
- Strain the mixture to catch any strands of undissolved egg
- Take a pan or a vessel , grease it with ghee . Transfer the strained mixture to it. Cover it with a foil paper or a plate
- Take a cooker and fill it with water . Keep a stand and place the pan over it .Close the cooker put on the weight and cook in a medium flame for 2 whistles. Then simmer for 5 min.Switch off and allow it to cool
- Invert it upside down , cut and serve chill
