Papaya wine

INGREDIENTS
Egg                    - 5
Coconut milk    - 1 cup
Sugar                 - 1/2 cup
Milkmaid          - 100 ml
Rose essence     - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Ghee                   - to grease

METHOD

  1. Take the coconut milk , powdered sugar , milkmaid and mix well
  2. In another bowl take the eggs and mix well
  3. Now transfer all these to an mixie jar and add turmeric powder and rose essence. Blend it well
  4. Strain the mixture to catch any strands of undissolved egg
  5. Take a pan or a vessel , grease it with ghee . Transfer the strained mixture to it. Cover it with a foil paper or a plate
  6. Take a cooker and fill it with water . Keep a stand and place the pan over it .Close the cooker put on the weight and cook in a medium flame for 2 whistles. Then simmer for 5 min.Switch off and allow it to cool
  7. Invert it upside down , cut and serve chill
