Papaya wine

Ginger garlic egg fry

Ingredients
Boiled egg - 3
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Salt
Curry leaves
Oil - 1 tbsp

Method

  1. Cut the boiled eggs into half and set aside
  2. In a bowl take the ginger garlic paste,  chilli powder,  turmeric powder, salt and mix it well
  3. Heat the pan and pour 1 tbsp of oil. Now take the egg and coat the yolk with the paste. Now drop it tawa.Sprinkle some oil and some curry leaves. Let it cook for 2 min 
  4. Serve hot as a starter
