Boiled egg - 3

Method
- Cut the boiled eggs into half and set aside
- In a bowl take the ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix it well
- Heat the pan and pour 1 tbsp of oil. Now take the egg and coat the yolk with the paste. Now drop it tawa.Sprinkle some oil and some curry leaves. Let it cook for 2 min
- Serve hot as a starter
