Ingredients
Medium sized potato - 2
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
Salt
oil - 2 tbsp
Fennel powder - 1 tsp
Method
Medium sized potato - 2
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

Method
- Peel the outer skin of potato. Dice it into small cubes
- Boil the diced potatoes with some turmeric powder . After 5 min add a tsp of salt . Let it cook for 10 min
- After 10 min , drain the excess water. Add chilli powder , fennel powder , salt and mix it well
- Take a pan and pour 2 tbsp of oil in it. Shallow Fry the potatoes till it is crispy at the outside
- Serve as a side dish for curd rice , sambar rice
