Ingredients

Rice flour - 1 cup
Gram flour - 1/2 cup
sesame seeds - 1 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Hing/ asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
Butter - 3 tbsp
water - 3/4 cup
Oil to fry

Method

  1. Dry mix the rice flour and gram flour 
  2. Now add the salt , chilli powder , hing and again dry mix it
  3. Now add the melted butter and mix it well . Add the sesame seeds 
  4. Add water little by little.Mix everything to a dough 
  5. Heat oil in a pan. Take the dough in a idiyappam press(DREAMHUB Genius Premium Sev Sancha Gathiya Murukulu Janthikulu Maker Machine With 6 Different Jali - Brass) and press it directly to the oil
  6. Flip it once it is cooked . Drain the oil and store it in a air tight container
