Papaya wine

Butter bun



Ingredients
Maida / all purpose flour - 2 cups
Egg - 1
Yeast - 1 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 3 tsp
Ghee -
Lukewarm water -

Unsalted Butter - 150 gm
vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Milk - 1 to 2 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 cup

Method;

  1. In a small bowl take yeast and 3 tsp of sugar .Add 3 tbsp of luke warm water to activate it .Set it aside for 10 min 
  2. In a mixing bowl , take 2 cups of maida. Now add 1 egg to it . Mix it well . Add the activated yeast to it . Mix well . Add 1 tbsp of ghee to it
  3. Add water little by little to form a dough . The dough is slighly loose than chapathi dough
  4. Allow the dough to rest for about 1 hour 15 min . Cover the dough with a wetted cloth
  5. After the resting time is over the dough will be doubled. Now again knead the dough and make small round balls of it .(Approx - 9 balls)
  6. Place the balls in a greased plate . Cover it with a wetted cloth . Allow it to rest for 20 min.
  7. Now heat oil in a pan , drop the balls . For half a minute place it in high heat, Then reduce the heat . Flip it and cook on both sides . When it is cooked take it out from the oil , drain the excess oil . Allow it to cool

Butter cream

  1. Take the butter in a large bowl . The butter should be at room temperature. Beat it till fluffy with a hand mixer
  2. Now add powdered sugar and beat it well . 
  3. Add 1 tsp of vanilla essence , beat well The cream should be little loose . Add 1 to 2 tsp of milk . Beat it well.
  4. Now take a fried bun  . Cut it to two equal halves . Place the cream in between and close it
