Papaya wine

BUTTER CHOCOCHIP COOKIES


INGREDIENTS'
Maida/ all purpose flour - 1 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp
Unsalted Butter              - 125 g
Sugar                              - 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp
Vanilla essence               - 1 tsp
Chocochip                      - 1/2 cup

Method

  1. Take a clean bowl and add the butter to it . The butter should be at room temperature . Beat the butter till it is fluffy
  2. Now add the powdered sugar and salt to it . Beat it well . Add the vanilla essence to it , Mix well
  3. Now add the maida / all purpose flour in batches . Gently mix with a spatula .
  4. Now mix well with your hand and divide the dough roughly into 2 halves
  5. Just powder the chocochip and mix it well with one portion of dough.Now shape the dough into rectangular cylinder .  Do it for the plain dough also.Now wrap the dough in a plastic wrap and keep it in the freezer for atleast 20 min
  6. After 20 min take the dough and cut it into 3 equal parts. Sandwich it with the chocolate dough . Above the chocolate dough place another plain dough.Now cut the dough into equal rectangular parts
  7.  Preheat the oven for 15 min at 180 degree celcius .Bake the cookies for 15 to 20 min at 180 degree celcius
