Ingredients
Cucumber - 1 1/2 cup
Coconut grated - 2 tbsp
Green chilli - 2
Cumin -1tsp
Curd -1 cup
For tempering
Mustard - 1 tsp
Curry leaves '
Oil - 1 tbsp
Dry red chilli - 1
Method .
Cucumber - 1 1/2 cup
Coconut grated - 2 tbsp

Method .
- Chop the cucumber into small pieces evenly. Take a pan and pour 3 cups of water .When the water boils add the chopped cucumber and cook well .
- When it is 3/4 cooked add required amount of salt
- In a mixie jar add the grated coconut , cumin seeds and green chilli , grind it to a smooth paste
- Add the paste to the cooked cucumber , mix it well.Switch off the flame
- Now beat the curd for about a min. Add it to the cooked cucumber.
- Now for tempering take a pan , add oil . When the oil heats up add the mustard seeds, curry leaves and dry red chilli. Add it to the pachadi. Serve it with rice
