Papaya wine

Homemade vanilla ice cream (without cream)




Ingredients
Egg - 1
Milk - 1 cup + 1 tbsp
Corn flour - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Condensed milk - 6 tbsp
Vanilla essence - 2 tsp

Method :
  1. Dissolve the corn flour in milk
  2. In a mixie jar add milk, , egg , corn flour milk mixture , sugar and condensed milk . Whip it well for 3 to 4 min
  3. Take a sauce pan , Add the mixture and cook it in medium flame . Continuously stir it . After 2 min add the vanilla essence and slowly mix it well. 
  4. Cook till the milk mixture reduces a little . Once it reduces , switch off the flame and allow the mixture to cool. Once it has cooled , transfer it again to the mixie jar and whip it. 
  5. Now transfer it to the bowl , cover with a cling film and keep it in the freezer . After 5 hours , take it out from the freezer and beat it in a mixie. Again put it in the freezer. Repeat this process for 3 times.
  6. When ready to serve , scoop it out using a scooper and serve chill. You can also add toppings to look more attractive .
