Kulkki Sarbath/ how to make kulki sarbath


Makes : 2
Ingredients
Lemon juice - 2 to 3 tbsp
Sabja seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Mint leaves - 5
Lemon slice - 2
Sugar - 8 tbsp
Ice cubes
Green chilli
Water - 2 cups

Method

  1. Make sugar syrup using 8 tbsp sugar and 10 tbsp water. Allow it to cool to room temperature
  2. Soak  sabja seeds in half a cup of water for 10 min
  3. In a shaker / a container / a cup , take the lemon juice , sugar syrup , sabja seeds , mint leaves , ice cubes , green chilli  and remaining water and shake it vigorously for 2 to 3 min
  4. In a serving glass pour the mix and add  a piece of lemon slice at top and serve chill
