INGREDIENTS
Chana dal - 1.5 tbsp
Urad dal - 1 tbsp
Toor dal - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 4 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1.25 tsp
Fenugreek - 1.25 tsp
Pepper - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
Coriander seeds - 3 tbsp
Dried red chilli - 30 nos
Kashmiri chilli - 5 nos
Curry leaves - 1 string
Oil - 1 tsp
Method
Chana dal - 1.5 tbsp
Urad dal - 1 tbsp
Toor dal - 1 tbsp

Turmeric powder - 2 tsp

Method
- Take all the dry ingredients
- Take a pan and heat it to medium heat. Dry roast all the ingredients one by one
- Allow it to cool completely
- Powder it to a fine powder using a dry mixie
