Papaya wine

Maa laddu / Moong dal laddu ( Green gram dal laddu)


Ingredients
Green gram dal- 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup to 1.25 cups
Cardamon  - 1
Ghee - 100 ml to 150 ml

Method

  1. Take a pan and heat it. Add the moong dal / green gram dal and  dry roast  it till aroma comes. Allow it to cool
  2. Take a small pan and heat it.Add 1 tbsp of ghee and fry some cashews
  3. Powder the green gram dal, cardamon  and sieve it .
  4. To it add heated ghee and mix well till it form crumbles
  5. Now shape it to a round and place the fried cashew at the top
