bread - 3 to 4 (2 cups)
Maida / all purpose flour - 1 cup
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Milk - 2 cups
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
butter - 3 tbsp
Condensed milk - 2 tbsp
Baking powder - 2 tsp

Note:

Method
- Take a mixie jar and blend the bread into bread crumbs .
- Take a mixing bowl, Add all dry ingredients ( Maida , baking powder , Powdered sugar and bread crumbs ).Mix it well
- In another bowl take the butter.Beat it with a hand whisk. Add the condensed milk and mix it well. Now add the milk to it .
- Add the mixed dry ingredients litttle by little . Mix it gently. The cake batter is ready
- Take a cake tin and place a parchment paper . Now pour the batter to the cake tin and tap it to remove air bubbles
- Take a idli cooker / steamer . Once the steam comes , place the cake tin inside . Add sliced almonds to the top .Cover with a foil sheet . Steam cook for 50 to 60 min on low flame. Check with a skewer to find whether its cooked .
- Turn off the flame. Allow the cake to cool
Note:
- I have used white bread . But you can use brown bread too. If brown bread is used the colour will be darker
- The butter should be at room temperature
