Papaya wine

COIN BISCUIT


INGREDIENTS
Maida / All purpose flour - 3/4 cup
Egg - 2
Butter - 2 tbsp
vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 5 tbsp
yellow food colour - a pinch

HOW TO MAKE
  1. In a  wide bowl add the butter and powdered sugar . The butter should be at room temperature . Beat till fluffy
  2. Now to the butter sugar mix add the eggs one by one and beat well
  3. Add the vanilla essence  and beat well
  4. In another bowl mix  maida ,baking powder and yellow food colour
  5. Now add the maida mix little by little and mix well with the egg butter mix
  6. Take a icing bag . Put the dough to the icing bag . Pipe out little dough ( shape of a coin ) directly to the butter sheet. Pipe out the remaining
  7. Now bake for 20 to 25 min at 180 c. 
  8. Allow it to cool in a cooling tray . Biscuits are ready to be served. Store in a air tight container
