INGREDIENTS
Maida / All purpose flour - 3/4 cup
Egg - 2
Butter - 2 tbsp
vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 5 tbsp
yellow food colour - a pinch
HOW TO MAKE
- In a wide bowl add the butter and powdered sugar . The butter should be at room temperature . Beat till fluffy
- Now to the butter sugar mix add the eggs one by one and beat well
- Add the vanilla essence and beat well
- In another bowl mix maida ,baking powder and yellow food colour
- Now add the maida mix little by little and mix well with the egg butter mix
- Take a icing bag . Put the dough to the icing bag . Pipe out little dough ( shape of a coin ) directly to the butter sheet. Pipe out the remaining
- Now bake for 20 to 25 min at 180 c.
- Allow it to cool in a cooling tray . Biscuits are ready to be served. Store in a air tight container
