Button Mushroom - 200 g
Gram flour / besan flour - 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Green chilli paste - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
Asafoetida / Hing - 1 tsp
Salt
Oil to fry
Method
- Dry mix gram flour, chilli powder , asafoetida and salt
- Add the ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste to it and mix well. Now add required water and make it to a thick paste batter
- In a pan , pour the oil and heat it. Now cut the mushroom into smaller pieces .
- Once the oil is hot , coat the mushroom in the batter and put it in the oil.Once the sizzling sound sound take it out from the oil .
- Serve with spicy sweet chilli sauce
