Ingredients
Sweet corn - 4 tbsp
Carrot - 2 tbsp (grated)
Beans - 1/2 tbsp
Spring onion - 1/2 tbsp
Cornflour - 3/4 tbsp
Salt
Pepper powder
Vinegar - 1/2 tbsp
Water - 3 1/2 cups

Method
- In a mixie jar , take 2 tbsp of sweet corn . Grind it coarsely without adding water
- In a saucepan add grated / chopped carrot , finely chopped beans , 2 tbsp of sweet corn kernels and coarsely grinded sweet corn . Add 3 cups of water and cook at medium heat for 10 to 12 min
- After 10 to 12 min , add the salt , vinegar , pepper powder and sugar . Cover and cook for 2 min
- In a bowl add the cornflour and water . Mix it well. Add it to the saucepan and mix it well. It will start to thicken . Stir it till you get the right consistency
- In a serving bowl , add the soup and garnish it with spring onions . Serve hot
