Tomato-1 (small)
Onion-2
Green chilli- 2 tsp (chopped)
Ginger - 1/2 tsp ( finely chopped )
Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Pav bhaji masala - 1/4 tsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Salt
Oil
Coriander leaves
Method
- Chop the onion finely.
- In a pan add the butter and oil. Once it is hot add the chopped onion. Saute it till it becomes transparent.
- Add the green chilli and ginger. Saute it for about 2 min
- Add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Pepper powder and pav bhaji masala powder. Saute till the raw smell goes off
- Now add chopped tomato and required salt
- Break open eggs in a bowl, whisk it with little salt.
- Now add the eggs to the masala. Mix it well. First it will forms lumps. Once the eggs gets cooked it will go off
- Add some finely chopped coriander leaves .Serve hot with a pav bhaji or serve it plain
