Ingredients
Green peas - 1 cup
Salt
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Method
- Soak green peas for 8 hours
- Remove the green peas from water, pat dry
- In a pan , heat oil. Once it is hot add the green peas and fry till it is 3/4 done.Remove it from the oil
- In a pan, add the green peas, sprinkle salt .Mix it well
- Add the turmeric powder and chilli powder.
- Fry till crispy. Store it in a air tight container
