Papaya wine

Green peas fry / masala green peas


Ingredients
Green peas - 1 cup
Salt
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp

Method

  1. Soak green peas for 8 hours
  2. Remove the green peas from water,  pat dry
  3. In a pan , heat oil. Once it is hot add the green peas and fry till it is 3/4 done.Remove it from the oil
  4. In a pan,  add the green peas,  sprinkle salt .Mix it well
  5. Add the turmeric powder and chilli powder. 
  6. Fry till crispy. Store it in a air tight container
