Paal ice

Ingredients
Milk - 2 cups
Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
Milkmaid - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1 tbsp

How to make

1. Take a pan. Boil milk till it is reduced a little
2. Once its cooled , add the sugar,  milkmaid and vanilla essence
3. Whisk it well till everything mixes together
4. Pour it to the Popsicle mould and allow it to freeze for about 8 hours.
5. For demoulding show the mould under running water.
6. Serve immediately.
