Papaya wine

Ingredients
Red cheera - 1 kattu
Oil - 1/2 tbsp
Salt
Shallots  -6 (sliced )
Curry leaves
Grated coconut - 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp

 How to make
Wash the cheera /greens well .chop the roots off.Again wash it , chop the greens finely.
In a kadai, add oil , once oil gets heated up , add mustard seeds.
Once mustard seeds splutter , add the sliced onion and sliced green chilli .Toss it for a minute
Add the finely chopped greens and stir it till it is 3/4th cooked .
Now add the salt .Cook it well .Add the grated coconut .Mix it well .
Serve it with rice
