Vanilla cupcakes (with egg)/How to make vanilla cupcakes


Ingredients
Maida / all purpose flour - 100 g /(3/4 cup+2 tbsp)
Butter - 100 g
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Vanilla essence -  1 tsp
Sugar - 80 g /( 1/2cup+ 2 tbsp)
Egg - 2
Salt - a pinch

Method
  1. Preheat the oven at 180'c for 10 min. Line a muffin tray with cupcake liners
  2. Dry mix the maida and baking powder , salt, sieve it and set aside
  3. Now beat the butter .(The butter should be at room temperature).Now add the powdered sugar little by little and mix well with the butter
  4. Add the egg whites,  beat well. Add the egg yolks beat well.Add the vanilla essence to it
  5. Now add half of  the dry ingredients .Gently fold. Now add the remaining dry ingredients
  6. Now the cupcake batter is ready.Scoop the batter and fill half of the cupcake liners.
  7. Bake at 180 'c for  15 to 18  min.Remove from the oven and allow it to cool in a cooling tray
  8. Serve it along with buttercream frosting or frosting of your choice
