Falooda sev / How to make homemade falooda sev



Ingredients
Cornflour -1/2 cup
Water -1 1/2 cup
Sugar -1.5 tbsp
Ice cubes
Colour (optional)


Method

  1. In a bowl , add some cold water and ice cubes .Set aside
  2. In a mixing bowl add the cornflour .To the cornflour add about 1/2 cup of water and sugar , mix it well without lumps
  3. Heat a pan .Add about 1 cup of water .Heat it well.Now add the cornflour mixture .Cook it till the cornflour mixture has a glossy appearance
  4. Remove from the pan , transfer it to a idiyappam press and press it on directly to the bowl containing ice water
  5. Use immediately or store it in refrigerator along with water
