Papaya wine

Rose china grass pudding



Ingredients
Agar agar- 10 g
Milk  - 750ml
Sugar -1 cup
Rose essence -1tsp
Water - 250 ml
Food colour (rose) -a pinch

 How to make

  1. Keep a tray ready . Grease it with oil or ghee and Keep it ready
  2. In a bowl ,add the chinagrass and water.Allow it to soak for about 20min
  3. In a pan ,heat the milk.Once milk is boiled ,add the sugar.Mix it till the sugar is dissolved
  4. In another pan , heat the chinagrass till it is dissolved completely.
  5. Pour it to the milk and stir it . Add the food colour and essence
  6. Strain the mixture to catch any strands of undissolved chinagrass and pour it to the prepared tray .
  7. Allow it to cool in room temperature for about 30 min and then transfer it to the fridge.
  8. Cut and serve after 2 hrs

 Notes
The milk temperature and the chinagrass temperature should be the same .Or else milk will cuddle
