Papaya wine

Onion chilli crackers




Ingredients
Maida- 3 cup
Onion - 1 (medium size finely chopped)
Green chilli - 5
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 2 tsp (unpowdered)
Butter - 2 tsp
Vegetable oil -1/4 cup
Curry leaves - 2 sprig
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Water

 How to make
  1. Dry mix maida ,baking powder, onion, pepper powder , salt and sugar . Set aside
  2. In a mixie jar , add the green chilli and  curry leaves ,grind it to a coarse paste without adding water
  3. Beat the butter till fluffy with a whisk  and add it to the dry mix
  4. Add the coarse paste and mix it gently with hand
  5. Add the vegetable oil ,water  and combine it well to form a dough (similar to a chapathi dough)
  6. Cover and keep it for about 30 min
  7. Preheat the oven at 200 c for 10 min.Grease a baking tray and place a parchment paper
  8. Divide the dough into two portions . Take one portion and roll it to a thin sheet .Using a cookie cutter , cut into desired shape .Prick it with a fork and keep it  in the baking tray
  9. Bake for  20 to 22 min , till the edges turn brown 
  10. Remove and allow it to cool.Continue the same with the remaining dough 
  11. Store in an airtight container
