Papaya wine

Carrot moong dal soup

Ingredients
Carrot - 2 tbsp grated
Moong dhal - 2 tbsp
Water - 3 cups
Butter - 2 tsp
Ginger - 1/8 tsp grated
Garlic - 1/4 tsp grated
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/8 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/8 tsp
Salt


How to make
  1. Wash and soak moong dhal for half an hour
  2. In a cooker , add the soaked moong dhal , carrot , ginger, garlic , turmeric powder  and cumin powder
  3. Add  3 cups of water. Cook for 2 whistles . Smash it with the help of a masher or a ladle back
  4. In a pan , add the butter and once the butter gets heated up , add the mashed mix
  5. Allow it to boil , add required salt and pepper. After 2 min switch off the flame and serve hot
