Papaya wine

Coconut bun / dilkush


Ingredients
Maida - 2 cup + 2 tbsp
Yeast - 2 tsp
Sugar - 2 tsp + 3 tbsp
Milk - 250 ml
Egg -1
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 2 tsp
Coconut grated - 1 cup
Cashew
Tutti frutti
Cherry
Cardamon powder

How to prepare
  1. In a wide bowl add the maida , yeast , sugar , salt and dry mix it . Now add the milk and mix well.
  2. Now add the oil .The consistency will be little watery than chapathi dough
  3. Now allow the dough to rest for about 1 hour or till the dough rises
  4. In a bowl add the coconut grated. Add cashew nut , tutti fruiti , cherry , cardamon powder , sugar ( 4 tbsp) and mix it well
  5. Cut the dough into roughly two halves
  6. In a round baking pan ,brush  some butter and place a parchment paper inside it
  7. Now spread the dough by sprinkling some maida. Spread the dough with your hands. Place it in the baking pan  , 
  8. Now place the filling in the baking pan 
  9. Now spread the remaining dough by sprinkling some maida. Spread the dough with your hands. Place it in the baking pan .Close the end
  10. Preheat the oven for 10 min at  380 F
  11. Keep it for resting for 10 min
  12. Now give a egg wash at the top
  13. Bake it at 380 F for 30 - 35 min. Once it is done take it out and allow it to cool
  14. Once it cools down , cut and serve
