Papaya wine

Bombay ice halwa





Ingredients
Corn flour - 1/4
Sugar -1 cup -2 tsp
Milk - 1.5 cup
Ghee 1/4
Food colour - a pinch
Cashew
Pistachios
Almonds
Cardamon - 1/ 4 tsp


How to make
  1. Heat a pan ,pour the milk, cornflour and mix it well
  2. Add the sugar and 1/4 cup ghee .Stir it continuously so that there are no lumps formed
  3.  The mixture starts to thicken after 5 min , add the food colour and 1 tsp of ghee
  4. Stir continuously or else lumps will be formed
  5. Add the cardamon powder. Mix it well till it is glossy 
  6. Add 1 tsp of ghee . The mixture will start to leave from the pan.Switch off the flame
  7. Grease a parchment paper with some ghee .Transfer the halwa mixture to the greased parchment paper.
  8. Place another sheet of parchment paper over the halwa mix and with the help of a rolling pin ,roll it to desired thickness. ( 2 chapathi thickness).Remove the top parchment paper and sprinkle the chopped nuts
  9. Allow the mixture to cool for 2 hours
  10. Cut the halwa into squares or desired shapes along with the parchment paper and serve
