Papaya wine


Ingredients
Papaya -1 kg
Sugar -1 kg
Water -2 litre
Cardamom -5 nos
Cinnamon -1 inch 
Cloves -5
Anise -1/2 flower 
Yeast-1/2 tsp 

How to make 
1.Boil 2 litres water ,set aside for it to cool
2.Peel the papaya , cut and remove the seeds from inside.Cut the cleaned papaya to small sized cubes 
3.In a glass jar or a bharani add the papaya 
 

4.With the help of wooden ladle smash the papaya 


5.Add the sugar and mix with the smashed papaya
6.Now add the cooled water .Add the cardamon , cloves , cinnamon and anise 
Mix well in one direction for 15 times
7.Now add the yeast and mix for 5 more times 

8. Don't close the lid too tight.wrap a cloth and Keep the bottle at a dark place for 21 days and stir at a same direction for 5 times daily 
9.After 21 days , sieve through a clean siever and store in a glass bottle
